About the Course
Devised with first-hand knowledge from former professionals, the Exsportise English plus Rugby Summer Camp programme is designed to meet the needs of every type of rugby player. This rugby camps provide focused, intensive training to develop individual skills, confidence and overall knowledge of the game, whilst establishing a strong sense of team spirit.
Students will not only learn English through rugby on the field but also in the classroom with Exsportise’s British Council-accredited English course, providing students with 21st-century English language skills.
This camp combines a proven English language camp curriculum with an outstanding school of rugby to create the best summer rugby academy in the UK.
Students will receive skills development coaching and instruction from passionate and experienced rugby coaches for three hours per day. Their coaches also mentor students on every aspect of the game including agility, fitness and mental attitude.
At this rugby school academy, they cover both physical skills and mental aspects of the game. This includes handling and kicking, creating and attacking space, speed of attack, game awareness, and strategy, as well as leadership, teamwork and communication.
Every player is given the chance to lead and take control of training, and then apply what they have learnt in an exercise or drill to an actual game situation.
A minimum of one year’s rugby playing experience is required (boys only)

Accommodation:
Worth School offers students high-quality student residences. Girls and boys are accommodated in separate, supervised accommodations. Rooms are mostly twin or triple (with a few select single and larger rooms available), and all have shared bathrooms. All three boarding houses have comfortable social spaces (common rooms) and facilities where students can relax during their free time.
Meals:
Meals are held in the Main House dining hall. We offer a varied menu with a mixture of British and international cuisine. Two hot choices are always available for lunch and dinner, with a complementary salad bar. Vegetarians and most special diets for medical reasons or religious observance can be accommodated upon special request before your course.
