The AC Campus Inside is based in Lezama, Bizkaia.
About the Course
An intensive 5-nights programme that will allow players to experience Lezama like never before.
Specifically, the programme is aimed at players (aged 10 - 17), both girls & boys.
Conditional Aspects: Improve basic physical capabilities by emphasizing the work on psycho-motor skills and strength.
Technical Aspects: Improve the individual technical abilities of the athletes, emphasizing aspects such as driving, dribbling, control or shooting.
Tactical Aspects: Develop tactical capacity through open tasks that promote the relationship between athletes to achieve greater understanding of the game.
Psychological Aspects: Work on the mental strength and motivation of athletes, making them protagonists of their own learning process

Complementary Activities. During the week, complementary activities* will be carried out, visiting nearby places such as the beaches of Bakio, Sopelana or Plentzia, the natural environment of Urdaibai and hiking activities such as visiting San Juan de Gaztelugatxe. Of course, you will also visit San Mames and the AC MUSEUM and enjoy the new virtual reality experience in San Mames: AC Virtual Experience (*The organization of activities outside of Lezama may be modified due to weather conditions)

Welcome Packs
From 16:00 to 18:00 on the first day, the AC Campus Inside co-ordinator will welcome the players upon their arrival to Lezama.
The players will leave the camp between 16:00 and 18:00 on the final day.
Supplements:
Registration Fee: € 150
Supplement for night arrivals and departures before 9:00am and after 9:00pm each way: €50.
*The first hour of waiting time is free of charge. Extra waiting time charge per 30 minutes.
** Flight information must be provided 20 days prior to arrival.
**** Transfer fees won’t be refunded last minute changes will incur an extra cost.
***** Single transfer consists of (1-3 people travelling to the same address).

UNACCOMPANIED MINOR SERVICE (mandatory always when requested by the airline company) If your son/daughter is under 16 years of age and travelling alone (without an adult) the team will ensure that a member of the team takes your child to the check-in counter and checks him/her in for the flight and accompany him/her to security. (NB: If you have pre-arranged Unaccompanied Minor services with the airline, the team member will hand your son/daughter over to the airline representative. Unless we are notified otherwise, this service will automatically be supplied and invoiced € 75 (each way)
About the School
PLAY AND REST LIKE A LION
The registration for AC CAMPUS Inside includes full-board accommodation in the brand new Lezama residence.
Breakfasts, lunches and dinners will be held in the dining room of the Athletic Club residence, located in the Lezama sports facilities. These meals will encourage the development of healthy eating habits.
AC CAMPUS Inside is an intensive programme. However, throughout the day they will use certain time slots to encourage athletes to rest.
The Lezama residence has various spaces, equipped with sofas, music equipment and board games, which they will use for this purpose.
Rest will be essential to face all the activities with the greatest energy possible
