Transfers (Please note that transfer prices are indicative and subject to change)
Arrivals: All transfers are scheduled based on the designated arrival day of your programme. Transfers on alternative days or from other airports or train stations can be arranged upon request
Shuttle Transfer: Available between 09:00-17:00. Multiple students with similar arrival times are collected from the airport over a 2-hour window

Express Transfer: Available at all times, but the only option 17:00-09:00. Students are taken directly to their accommodation upon entering the arrivals hall having cleared security and baggage claim.

Unaccompanied Minor (UM) Service: This service is only for students who have booked the airline’s Unaccompanied Minor (UM) Service. The following fees are charged in addition to standard transfer fees: Arrival: £60. A BSC team member will meet the airline representative, complete the required handover paperwork, and assume responsibility for the student. The BSC Meet & Greet team will then accompany the student to their designated transfer.
Departure: £60. The BSC Meet & Greet team will accompany the student to the airport, assist with check-in procedures, and hand the student over to the airline representative. In accordance with airline policy, a BSC team member will remain at the airport until the flight has departed.
Arrival and Departure: £120
Accompanied Transfer: Available at all times. Students are met in the arrivals hall immediately after clearing security and baggage claim and are accompanied directly to their accommodation by a BSC team member
