About the Course

Limerick City, located 2.5 hours from Dublin in the south-west of Ireland, is an ancient city where the River Shannon meets the Wild Atlantic Way.


The University of Limerick (UL) is a parkland campus spanning 138 hectares, situated right on the River Shannon and 4 km from Limerick City.


UL has often been called ‘Ireland’s Sporting Campus,’ with its top-class facilities, including an array of artificial grass pitches, indoor and outdoor running tracks.


It is the first university in Ireland to offer students an Olympic-standard swimming pool and diving board, Ireland’s tallest climbing wall, and Europe’s largest all-weather sports field complex.


Package Includes:


  • 2 weeks stay (see opening dates and arrival/departure days)

  • 15 hours’ tuition per week following a zig-zag timetable of morning and afternoon mixed-nationality classes (Example: one week morning classes, one week afternoon classes)

  • Apollo Focus: 9 hours of optional extra tuition per week (instead of 2 activities) completely free of charge

    (Apollo Focus is selected by the student as an option at the school on the first day)

  • 1 Year Free online course

  • Residential Accommodation: on-campus single room with private bathroom in shared apartments with all meals in University canteen

University of Limerick

The University of Limerick (UL) is a spacious, green campus covering 138 hectares along the scenic River Shannon, just 4 km from Limerick City.


Known as “Ireland’s Sporting Campus,” UL offers outstanding sports facilities. Students and can enjoy a range of artificial grass pitches, both indoor and outdoor running tracks, Ireland’s only Olympic-standard swimming pool and diving board, the country’s tallest climbing wall, and Europe’s largest all-weather sports field complex.


Accommodation


Students stay in single bedrooms, each with a private en-suite bathroom, for comfort and privacy. The accommodation is in modern apartments on campus, with 4-6 students sharing each apartment. This setup provides a comfortable, social living environment while still allowing each student their own space.
