TRANSFERS

At the airports, our staff carry large BSC signs. With arrival at an airport before 06:00 or after 21:00 and with departure from the college before 06:00 or after 21:00, an extra charge of £50 will apply for a return journey. At busy times, students may be grouped together. When several students arrive at the same time we also use larger vehicles, always with a British Study Centres member of staff being present upon arrival and departure. Exact flight information must be provided at least 20 days prior to your arrival. Transfer fees will not be refunded if you fail to inform the school of any changes in your itinerary or if you miss your connections.

UNACCOMPANIED MINORS

For students travelling as an unaccompanied minor (UM) with airlines, there will be a charge of £65. This will ensure there is a named person to meet and greet and sign for UM students. Upon departure all UMs will be handed to the relevant airline staff after check in and in most cases, the BSC named person will wait with the student until airline staff take him/her to the aircraft.
