Cheltenham Ladies’ College – Ages 8 -17

Cheltenham is one of England’s most beautiful Regency towns and is situated in the Cotswolds, an Area of Outstanding Natural Beauty. The town has much to offer, from its graceful architecture and history to beautiful gardens and diverse shops.

The programme is hosted at Cheltenham Ladies’ College, which was founded in 1853, and is one of the best performing and most prestigious independent boarding schools in the country. The college campus is located a short 10 minute walk from the centre of Cheltenham itself making it a very convenient location for our students.

Close to the Cotswolds, Bath and Stratford-upon-Avon, the College provides an ideal setting for studying English and exploring historic towns.

At the airports, the school's staff carry large  signs. With arrival at an airport before 06:00 or after 21:00 and with departure from the college before 06:00 or after 21:00, an extra charge of £50 will apply for a return journey. At busy times, students may be grouped together. When several students arrive at the same time we also use larger vehicles, always with a British Study Centres member of staff being present upon arrival and departure. Exact flight information must be provided at least 20 days prior to your arrival. Transfer fees will not be refunded if you fail to inform the school of any changes in your itinerary or if you miss your connections.

For students travelling as an unaccompanied minor (UM) with airlines, there will be a charge of £50. This will ensure there is a named person to meet and greet and sign for UM students. Upon departure all UMs will be handed to the relevant airline staff after check in and in most cases, the school's named person will wait with the student until airline staff takes him/her to the aircraft.
