Courses are run by Skola, an international educational group accredited by the British Council and established over 40 years ago.   Terms & Conditions ADULT COURSES Most courses (apart from the IELTS, Cambridge and English for Business ones) are at all levels, from Elementary to Advanced.  Students can choose among 15, 21 or 30 hour courses.  15 hour course covers all skills; speaking and pronunciation, listening, reading and writing, vocabulary and grammar. Afternoon classes includes an added focus on communication and comprehension. There is a maximum of 15 students in group classes to ensure quality time with the teacher and a more effective learning.  There is free internet access to help students keep in touch with office, family and friends. HOME-STAY ACCOMMODATION Apart from being more economical, home stay accommodation gives students the opportunity to get to know more deeply the British culture to establish a friendship that will last forever.  All our families have been selected for their warmth and their welcome rather than their proximity to the schools, however they are situated in zone 2 and in safe residential areas of London which are very well connected by public transports.  The families reflect the multi-cultural aspect of Britain, although they may come from any ethnic background, English is their mother tongue.  Students are provided with breakfast and dinner, which are eaten at home with the family and the other students. Rooms and laundry are done weekly.  There may be up to three students staying in the accommodation at the same time, but of different mother tongue, unless otherwise requested.  Students may be in shared or single accommodation as indicated in the package (or as requested, paying a supplement of £10 per week).  Students can opt for executive or superior housing categories, however they are more expensive.  For more detailed information please contact us. SELF-CATERING ACCOMMODATION For those who prefer to be independent there is a wide choice of accommodation ranging from residences, hostels, shared flats or houses, studios, serviced apartments and hotels.  They are all located in Central London (Zones 1 and 2) and are provided with all modern comforts. ACTIVITIES A lively social programme gives the chance to fully experience London. The programme change monthly.  The majority of activity is free and range from visits to the museums, the Olympic site, famous London markets, picnics in the park,  and pub tours.  On request we can organize nights at the theatre, London walks, visits to other sport venues (Wimbledon, The Emirates or Chelsea Stadium, Ascot) or anything else you may want to do. TRANSFERS In case of groups transfers will be organized at the time of booking.  Individual taxis are available outside the airports and on request we can organize pick ups.  Students who have chosen to travel independently will be provided with detailed information at the time of booking.
